Very tasty. I did not have any Kalamata olives so I made this with anchovy stuffed olives and topped with not only the chives but a bit of salmon caviar and a hint of lemon. I'll try the kalamata next time, but the anchovy stuffed worked just fine!

I really enjoyed this salad, especially the second day. I reheated the sauce in the mico for about 2 min. Added shaved parm and topped w chives.

Made this salad last night and loved it. Made it just as recipe is written. Delicous, fun, light salad. Definitely will make again. Only thing I will do differently is next time I will cut calamari strips a little thinner. Thinner pieces curled more in the pan making for a more beautiful presentation.

Made this for Valentine's dinner as a first course and as with all of Anne's recipes that I've tried, this was also a success! I would only make one change; Next time when reducing the broth, I will take the squid out while the wine reduces then toss it back in to heat through I ended up overcooking the calamari. It did not however take away any of the outrageous flavor. Loved the inclusion of the kalamatas. Great contrast of flavors Toasty garlic bread was just great to sop up all that yummy broth! This one is another keeper; quick and delicious! Thank you, Anne!

I made this dish last weekend and my wife and I liked it so much that I'm making it again this weekend. That says a lot. I have a large repertoire of recipes and don't often repeat them. I increased the ? pound of squid to 1 pound. Thanks Anne!

This is a quick and easy salad recipe. I had never prepared fresh calamari before, but with Anne's instruction it was easy! The salad was a big hit and the pieces of toasted italian bread were just the right accompaniment. I highly recommend this salad dish! My husband, who is not a big fan of calamri, can't wait to have it again.
