This was really good! I added feta cheese and used smoked sundried tomatoes which gave it a nice extra bit of flavor. I think next time I would double the dressing because it ended up being a little dry.

I made this on a Sunday afternoon and love it. We had it as a side dish and Monday I added some leftover chicken to the salad and had an entirely different meal.
Only thing I would do is double up on all the vegies and use whole wheat pasta.

I left out the olives and added more sun-dried tomatoes. Delicious!!

I absolutely love this recipe! I only used 1 can of artichokes and added roasted zucchini. I also increased the amount of sundried tomatoes because I love them. This is a great recipe for a girls lunch or even a picnic. Great twist on the traditional pasta salad!

I had not found a pasta recipe that had a "non bolttled" taste. This was so fresh and tasted like it was made at a fine bistro or deli.
I sent it to my neighbors while while one was recovering from surgery. They are older and don't eat heavy food. They raved about this and shared with their family who also loved it.
I sent it with my husband on a outing in the mountains - 13 guys on a fly fishing trip from all backrounds of life.
It was eaten at every supper until it was gone....rave reviews.

And......I love it! Making it for a picnic today. It is soooo easy and only gets better the next day.
    Thanks Sunny.
    PS-don't skip the "fresh" ingredients

I made this for my fiance and I, and HE FLIPPED OUT!! He sad it was the best pasta salad he's ever eaten, and now wants me to make it all the time. It's a really healthy, nutritious dish too. Especially since I made it with whole wheat protein pasta. He's a fanatic for artichoke and kalamata olives, so I knew he'd like it :

Made this exacly as the recipe called for. This was really bland with no taste. Recipe must be missing something. Not good.

I love artichokes in any form and I also appreciated that this dish could be made ahead of time, which is great when you are entertaining. However, I'm not a big fan of black olives and thought their flavor dominated too much. The next time I make it, I may follow some of the other readers suggestions about using feta cheese or something.
