I did the recipes without the cooked onions & cracked black pepper & I did it with the cooked onions. It was much better WITHOUT having to do all the work associated with the onions. Fabulous recipe & presentation very cute indeed.

It was an easy to assemble recipe & everyone loved it. The different components tasted great together.

Quite easy to make but harder to put together than I had hoped. Schedule extra time to assemble. Otherwise the reciepe is very good and I had rave reviews for these.

Everything was easy to make and the taste was good. I had a little trouble wrapping the sandwiches with the ham and finding the exact bread the recipe called for. It just didn't have that wow factor I thought it would.

I just served these at a dinner party and my guests LOVED them. They were so pretty on the plate. The blend of all the flavors and textures was amazing- tart apples- creamy cheese- yummy! Don't be tempted to skip the pickled onion- they were the perfect final touch. They did take every bit of that 30 min. prep time.

I made this for a New Year's Eve party and they disappeared quickly and people were asking for more. I used a peasant bread from a local bakery.

I made this for a New Year's Eve Party and it was a hit! Couldn't find the right bread, so I substituted a sourdough baguette...Yummy! Will definitely make again-you just can't go wrong with Gouda and Prosciutto!

the mix of flavors of this recipe was amazing. The sweet with the tart was so good. Served to my office and they loved it. Easy to make---just be careful of baking the bread---if you go just a little too long the bread becomes too crispy and you lose the soft, "oily" flavor of the olive oil
I would recommend this to all
