excellent! I am 71, a cook and haven't found a reason to try radishes. the combination is terrific and i thank rachael for extending my garden.

Loved the idea of horseradish in this dish!! And mixing carrots and radishes?? Spot on. Rachael is so creative and a go to for any night of the week.

Very interesting combination of flavor and texture. I liked it and so did my husband. This may sound weird but, I think if it was put in the food blender, it would make a great relish for sandwichs.

I was looking for a carrot salad (for colorfor Easter dinner and it was PERFECT! My dinner was very formal and it blended well with everything (roast loin of lamb with caramelized onions and dried cherry sauce, pommes Anna, and steamed asparagus with brown butter sauce. My son put the salad over leftover lamb in his late-night sandwich. The salad would work just as well as an accompaniment to a light summer meal. Very different, very versatile!

I really didn't think I would like the combination of carrot and radishes, but this was delicious, but especially loved the dressing!

I loved this salad, but it really was all about the dressing. This dressing will be a staple of mine from now on.
