This sauce recipe was awesome. I did these on the grill instead of frying, and they were the best wings I have ever had!

This is one of the best buffalo wings sauce I have made. All of the men in the house gobbled it up. It had the perfect heat level to it and was so easy to make.

This sauce is amazing!! I cooked it on the side burner of the grill and we dipped individual grilled wings into the sauce as we plated. Talk about finger licking good!! I can't wait to try this great sauce as a BBQ sauce, but first, I'm going to use it as the sauce for cocktail meatballs. I used Sweet Baby Ray's regular BBQ sauce, Lousiana Wing Sauce, Bennett's Chili Sauce and used Guajillo pepper instead of Ancho knowing the difference is minimal. We didn't even bother with the bleu cheese dressing because it was awesome as is!

You may be thinking what I was thinking when me and my father were looking at recipes "Oh these are sweet bbq wings, they wont be hot at all" we made them to try it out and we were wrong, it tasted like the best bbq sauce you can think of but with some heat and depending on what store bought hot sauce you use, you can make it as spicy as you want. Five star wings

As an aficionado, I declare this the best wing ever! I marinate my wings in Budweiser for at least 3 hours, grill over charcoal and use "Cowtown" BBQ sauce from Oklahoma Joe's here in Kansas City as it is the best. Last 5 minutes, sauce both sides, to get sauce ingrained, and toss in remaining sauce after. I have made this at least 8 times in the last year.
If you want the best, it takes time...You will not be sorry. Thank you "WING KING" DREW CERZA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
