In a word~Delicious! To me, the key is slow cooking for the entire 4 hours...the flavors meld together. I added a tad more chili paste and softened my cream cheese before mixing ~ able to blend everything together more evenly. I served with sliced apples and celery, as well as crackers. Everyone loved it and I will definitely make it again.

Sorry Sandy, this didn't go over well AT ALL. Guests hated it - thought they were gonna lynch me!

I thought the Spicy Cashew Dip was absolute purrrfection. I made it last night for my guests and they all raved about it. One suggestion I might add: I would certainly double this recipe. It's all gone. I was so looking forward to leftovers.

I don't know why I didn't read the reviews first but I tried this as it contained al ot of things I really like. But the combination just didn't work at all. It was stiff, dry and worst of all tasted just flat out BAD.

It was a strange flavor and unpleasant texture. Not very good at all.

Thick dry texture made dipping nearly impossible. Tried thinning it out but that didn't seem to work. Also the dip is very bland and you will probably want to add lots more of the spices should you make this -- though I do not recommend that you do.

Tasted horrible and had a weird unpleasant texture, too. Pretty gross.
