FANTASTIC! The flavor combination here is terrific! The olives really give them a nice bite, and these are definitely anything but bland! Served them with friend panko chicken cutlets with a cherry tomato & basil sauce and french bread. It made a great accompaniment. Thanks for another great recipe, Giada! :o

I served these at a dinner party and everyone loved them so much they went home with the recipe. Best party was how easy it is to make!

The flavors in this dish are absolutely delicious together!!! This recipe also has soooo many variations that could be done and still keep it healthy. I will make again and again. I did add a little crushed red pepper to spice it up a bit and it was fabulous if you like a little kick.

Had a dinner party and served lasagna. With a heavy main course, these were a nice, light appetizer. Very tasty. They disappeared. Thanks.

Great recipe for stuffed mushrooms that has no breading. Served them cold and they disappeared. Even the picky eaters loved them.

Excellent and easy. I used a blend of 1/2 green and 1/2 black olives. Overall everyone loved them and said they were a healthy and different twist on stuffed mushrooms.

I made this in several batches for my husband. You can make the filling a day ahead of time and it tastes as good as fresh.

Like a previous poster stated, it does need to cook longer or they will be soggy.
