Oh, yeah, this was great.
I actually used some rice in with the pasta and liked it very well.
At the end, I added some chipoltle hot sauce and tossed it with the cheese. Great stuff. Great recipe.
Again, don't forget the cornbread!!!!

Having been at the taping of the Surf & Turf episode - and being among the fortunate few who sampled it - I would emphatically claim this as a five-star recipe.
The flavors blend perfectly together. It is a dish that I would proudly serve to guests. So happy I got to try it, made by Emeril himself! Am glad the show finally aired, so now I have the recipe for my collection - outstanding.
