    I think anyone will agree Bobby's cake looked WAY better. Very creative with the 3 types of milk!

    I just watched this episode and immediately went to my computer to download the recipe. She used chocolate frosting to ice around the whole cake. Where is that chocolate frosting recipe ? That has to make a difference in the complete taste of the cake.

    My 10 year old daughter and I cannot wait til Saturday to fix this recipe! We ooo'd and aahhh'd the whole episode. Yea, Bobby! Great job to both of you!

    I'm upset. This is seriously the first recipe I look up from this show and the recipe is NOT the same! Bobby's cake recipe on the show calls for coffee and the coconut filling he made with 3 milks and added no eggs. Where's his REAL recipe???

    This reciepe is actually a devil's food cake...hello...aren't you a chef? German Chocolate cake is a chocolate cake that uses sweet chocolate , usually refered to as german instead of sweet. Devil's food cake is based on using cocoa powder for the chocolate. Chocolate cake, not putting any spin on it, usually uses semi-sweet chocolate. How can a "chef" try to challenge anyone without using some semblance of a similar reciepe. Devil's food is known for it's lighter, more moist texture while still being incredibly chocolatey because of the fact that it uses cocoa powder. Aside from the fact that Devil's Food reciepes are much easier to make; both chemically and constructively. CHEATER!!!
