Tasty indeed! I served it to my grandmother (on my fathers side and she has a hard time with hearty foods like crusty bread and carrots, so this was a wonderful alternative. She really enjoyed it! Now I have to make it for my grandmother on my mom's side! oui vey!

This salad was fresh, light and so good. I served it to 5 woman as a starter course and they all wanted the recipe! It is simple to make and the ingredients are easy to find. I made the sauce ahead and just combined it with the chopped ingredients a few minutes before I served it. I used tall martini glasses for my presentation with some shredded lettuce in the bottom instead of the tomatoes. I definite winner!

I served this salad to my neighbor as a thank you and we both loved it! Some chopping and mixing and your done. Looks great on a small plate. It is quite pricey and I would leave the crab out next time, since I don't think it added much to the dish.
