The skin of the ravioli was much too thin and the filling was bland. Will not make again.

Had high hopes. But it looked gross and tasted grainy. Sorry.

These raviolis may take a little while to prepare, but they are in every way worth the extra effort. They're delicious and they plate beautifully.

I saw this episode and thought it sounded tasty. It was a soggy mess! Since I watched the episode I knew the beans needed to be drained, but that didn't help this disaster.

I wish I had read the reviews before I made this hard recipe. First, won ton wrapers taste nothing like real ravioli, and they do fall apart in the boiling water. It is a lot of work to fill them. The sauce was greasy and because the filling was so thin, my boyfriend asked if they were cooked!! Never again for this one!! I did use the leftover bean mixture as a dip for chips the next day while watching a game. It was OK, but not exciting.

We LOVED this recipe, and I am the type of cook that needs inspiration so I watch these shows EVERY day... this is the first time I've even rated a recipe. Hint: don't try the blended concoction B4 trying the entire ravioli.. that nearly ruined it for me. Wait for the finished porduct!

I don't usually make recipes from Sandra Lee but I decided to try this one because I had all the ingredients for it. The ravioli was really good but I had to tweak the sauce quite a bit. The first time I made the sauce, it was inedible and I dumped it out. I made it again using flour, butter, chicken stock and white wine. It was really good then. For this reason I gave it three stars, which were all for the ravioli alone. Also, I don't understand why someone would wind up with a chemical flavor in the filling because there wasn't anything chemical-ish in there. Mabye they accidentally dumped some dish detergent in there or something. Anyway, do not be deterred- the filling was awesome!

I used frozen "three cheese" ravioli for this because beans do not agree with us. The butter sauce was very, very rich. I decided to leave out the capers becasue they seemed so salty. The butter sauce was too rich. We sort of rinsed off the raviolis and ate them that way. They were OK as is.

This is a great recipe for a quick "high end" dinner. I am not a very good cook at all, but these were so easy and turned out GREAT. I forgot to add my egg, but that did not seem to matter...the filling was nice and fluffy and the wonton wrappers were a cinch!! The capers and butter also add a nice kick to this delicious, mellow dish.
