This is my first time making fresh mayo and it rocks!!!! Just a warning to everyone you might want to go light on the salt because the vinegar and dijon are pretty tasty already. If you haven't made this yet, what are you waiting for????

This was the first time I'd made homemade mayo and it turned out great! I'll use less vinegar next time, but with this technique you can't mess up.

Just made this mayo - its absolutely amazing! I used a high end red wine vinegar plus added 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.. Only other change I would reccommend would be maybe just a little less vinegar, but other than that... WOW!

This was very easy and very good. The texture was amazing - smooth and creamy. I used it on the zesty potato salad! Wow! We had some left over and used it on sandwiches. I prefer to make my own now, it's so fresh! No presevatives! Love your food, Anne.
