    This sandwich was great, but the fat content is extremely high. I used less cheese and bacon, and it was still delicious. I also used light mayo to make the roasted red onion mayo, and it turned out good as well.

    This was a good and easy sandwich to make. It is easy to make for a family too. Some nights the kids will have the sandwich all together other nights I separate out the bacon and apples for them.

    This is the best "grilled cheese" sandwich I have ever had. The red onion mayo and the apple send it over the top. This is definately a keeper.

    The apples with the cheese make it a instant hit. All of my 5 kids liked it. The mayo is awesome by itself.

    This recipe is worth a try! Unique combination that goes well together to make a really delicious sandwich. Roasted red onion mayo is great. Yum

    My husband hates fruit in his food and isn't to keen on grilled cheese sandwiches but he asked for this one again the next day!

    This was like a gourmet grilled cheese sandwich! The bacon and the apple slices made this sandwich so yummy!!!!

    Paula, you always make me look good!! My sons were not pleased when I was putting the apples on the sandwich, but I soon made their mouths very happy and there wasn't any left. The onion mayo is something that I will keep in the fridge for tons of different uses.
