This was a winner! I had Delicata squash so I cubed, steamed then browned in some butter and honey which added a nice sweet hint. I also used a mix of golden raisins and dried cranberries which was colorful presentation. I was leary of the dressing but it was perfect. I also wanted it jazzed up a bit so I added a little Guajillo chile powder and some crumbled Cotija cheese (feta would work.

The honey tasted great with the couscous, and this was such a great way to eat vegetables!

We loved this recipe. It was so refreshing, and the nutty flavors with the sweet flavors where superb together.

the recipe was easy and fun to prepare, takes little prep time, excellent flavor, sweet with an under taste of thyme. Healthy as a main meal, would certainly make many more times. thank you for sharing this recipe! love it!

We're adventurous eaters. This dish failed to excite us much. Mushy, a bit bland, I found myself scrambling for something to snazz it up taste and texture wise. I won't make it again.

This salad is really fantastic. It was delicious hot and at room temperature. I haven't tried it cold yet.
It is a fairly uncommon combination of favors in North America, so it may not be for the less adventurous dinner guest. However, if you crave something a little unusual this is for you. The combination of sweet, sour, and texture is something not be to missed!
