I admit my husband and I like our proteins REALLY marinated, but I marinated the salmon for the full two hours, and it barely tasted of the marinade at all. I was disappointed because I couldn't find the Spice Islands Citrus & Herb Seasoning anywhere locally or online. So I found a recipe for it and bought all the separate ingredients to make it. I'm not an expert at marinating fish, but next time I'm going to try 3-4 hours. I think it's worth a next time. If the citric acid in the orange juice "cooks" the fish, I guess we just have orange flavored ceviche.

i made it with just 3 ozs of salmon so i had to estimate the amount of each ingredient, but it turned out delicious! i am not a salmon eater but this was great.

This dish was tasty and wonderful - as long as you're careful not to forget about the salmon, it will turn out exactly as it should! I used a nice lemon pepper for the "non-salt citrus herb" and it worked out wonderfully. I also took the tip from a fellow reviewer to use a foil tent after removing the salmon from the oven, which kept things nice and juicy. I'll definitely be cooking this one again and again!!

Before I make this recipe, I would like to know if Sandra Lee
used 1 teaspoon of minced ginger or minced garlic. I am asking a question before I try this recipe;therefore I can neither rate nor put a headline.

Thanks for a recipe that works great inside and on the grill. Try Apple Jelly is so much smoother and richer. I always use a hand held timer NEVER OVERCOOK SALMON reminber it continues to cook after you take it out of heat use it to your advantage. If you forget and over cook it use it in a salmon chowder but added at the very end in chunks so you don't break it up - two cans of Clam chowder soup and your done. Thanks

My family thought the salmon was pretty good & actually give it about 3 1/2 stars.

We did, however, grill ours since that's our favorite way to prepare salmon.

We used a sweet marmalade, so our marinade was not bitter at all. Next time, we will a little less ginger since are not fond of ginger.

    This recipe is a keeper.

I have made this 4 times and every time it comes out perfect. Everyone loves it even my young grandchildren who would never eat salmon or any type of fish before. This recipe is easy and delicious.
