I have had sloppy joes but none as good
as these. The only thing I did to this recipe was add
cayenne pepper, we love spicy. Will be making
again and again. Thanks Rachael for a delicious,
    fast, easy to prepare recipe.

did not care for the overall flavor, did not taste like a sloppy joe and kids ate one bite and spit it out.

My whole family loved this recipe. I do have to say I left out the hot dogs since my kids all turned their noses up when I mentioned hot dogs in their sloppy joes. No leftovers with this one. I'm making it again tonight.

Upscaled version of Original R.R. recipe. Has more "umph" than original. Both have the "nostalgia" of Cafeteria Days. Love!As an Adult, pull back the Steak Seasoning for the sodium~390mg. for 3/4 tsp.Yikes! Tho' use 1/8th. tsp. because this makes a Huge flavour better. If peppers make tummy hurt/reflux, peel the skins of Any Pepper~Green, Red, Yellow, Orange, et cetera. Green Ones are immature un~ripe Peppers. Thanks Rachael. Wish All could handle the Salt. Oh! Please update the can opener. Not sanitary that lid falls into tinned Foods, yuck!

I've made this a few times and each time I do something a little different with it. The best was using molasses instead of brown sugar (was out and I also added about 1 tsp. of prepared yellow mustard. Delish! Can be served on hotdog or hamburger buns too, I've discovered!

What a great recipe!!! Used half turkey, half beef. Husband said it was the best sloppy joe he had ever eaten.
