    This salad was great! The fresh corn and lime were delish! It made a TON of food - next time I would cut it in half.

    This is such a good summertime salad. My family loves it! It's easy to make and tastes great. I use a bag of frozen corn most of the time just because it's easy and fast. It's a keeper!

    I'm so tired of the normal salad with lettuce and dressing. This was a great substitute and crisp and light for summer.

    I had this at a friends a few days ago.. It was terrific... She did not use all of the hot sauce, but believe me everyone had seconds. I can't wait to try it myself.
