With all do respect. I think I will try strawberry and banana next time. Very pretty, but the flavor did not impress me.

My family loved this recipe. I did make some minor changes though. The grocery store did not have the fat-free pudding so I used a regular 3.3 oz box and used 2 cups of skim milk instead of soy milk. Also, I sprinkled cinnamon sugar on two of the 5 layers to add a little sweetness to the phyllo cups. The end result was de-lish!

This dessert was very easy to make but I felt like it was missing something. The presentation looks very nice but it only led to disappointment only because the cups looked so delicious. It tastes exactly what the ingredients calls for: pudding, fruit and phyllo dough. I felt like the phyllo dough tasted like flour. Possibly brushing real butter onto it rather than the spray would make the dough tastes better. I am going to play around with this recipe. It definitely has potential.

When I first made the filling it seemed to be a little thin. I decided to make new filling and left out the soy and it was much better.

This is very easy and has a wonderful flavor...even though I used regular low fat milk, didn't add the almond extract and garnished with fresh rasberries instead of the cranberries. It looked beautiful on the plate as well. This recipe will be made many many times! I did think on the show she used pumpkin pie spice instead of cinnamon.

This was tasty and elegant to look at. I thought the flavor mix was excellent. To the cook that thought there were too many flavors to taste good, you were mistaken. Shame, you being a southern cook

From the white chocolate pudding, to the soy milk, to the cinnamon, almond extract AND raspberry flavored peaches! That's too many flavors goin on in one dish and none of the flavors compliment each other! I've seen Sandra do some really messed up dishes but this one has got to be the worst by far!
