I have made this for family gatherings and workplace pot lucks. Everyone raves about it and asks for the recipe. I add extra dressing and shredded cheese to my version.

I was skeptical of this recipe, but a customer I ran into at work suggested and recommended it. I skipped the celery and onion because most people I was serving this to cared for neither one because of the texture. To keep the onion taste, however, i added a tablespoon of minced onion. I also used plain almonds. It was a little sweet, so I usually a little less honey, but it is very tasty and easy to make.

This recipe is great, but the correct recipe for that segment (Summer Favorites has yet to appear on the food network web site. How long will this take? It looked wonderful. At least rebroadcast the show, so we can copy the recipe.
