My family loves this chili. I don't use the pasilla chilis as my kids don't like it too spicy. When 4 kids age 11-21 are all asking for the turkey chili you know it is a hit. So easy to make, delicious even if you don't have all the ingredients.

Excellent chili!! I couldn't find the pasilla chiles so I used red and yellow sweet chiles and I just added 2 whole jalapeños to compensate, great taste that everyone enjoyed!!

This is pretty much the only chili I make. It is wonderful and the pasillas give it a great flavor! YUM

I made this for Superbowl Sunday and it was a big hit. I did not use as many of the Pasilla chiles as I had never cooked with them before and 10-12 seemed very overwhelming. I used about 2-3 and I think that was plenty. I also only used 1 tsp of the cayenne instead of 2. I like hot but 2 tsps seemed like a lot, even for me!! I added beer until it was the consistency I desired. Excellent.
Next time I will try with less cayenne and will substitute beer for the chicken broth...I really love the kick beer gives chili!

WOW, huge hit!! I did make a few changes, I didn't use the dried Pacilla peppers, instead I used one fresh Pacilla pepper. I also added 3/4 of a lb. more turkey and an extra can of black beans. It was a huge superbowl success! Thanks Guy!

Wow! This is a keeper. It was easy to make. I did not use the dried chilies because I could not locate them and reduced the salt in half. Even with these changes the flavors fabulous.

Awesome! A bit hot but excellent. I added extra green and red bell peppers instead of so many beans. Seriously healthy and so good

Spot on!!! My family loved this recipe!! Tweeked it from a review that said she used jalepeno instead of chilis recommended. My kids are super picky but gobbled this up. Spices were fantastic...really robust restaurant quality flavor. Didnt use pinto beans since I didnt have them and added extra kidney instead. Thanks Guy! Didnt see the episode but loooove your shows : Tell Ryder...great job!
