Very good recipe. I used only 5 of the pasilla chili peppers and also added a can of whole kernel sweet corn drained the juice and a large can of whole tomatoes with the juice and crushed them in with my hand. I also used 2 cans of tomato paste.

This Chile is absolutely fantastic. Now, I could not find the Pacilla Peppers, so they were not in the recipe. But, I added an extra tsp of Cayenne Pepper and it is still quite hot and extremely good. I will be making this often and canning it

I loved it, although it was a LOT of food. I cut the recipe to a third of what it is and still had plenty left over.

I fried Polska Kielbasa sausage first and then I cooked ground Turkey in the same pan (cooked separate from the vegetables. I also added Better Than Bouillon Chili base to the recipe above. This is the secret to the best chili ever. I live next to an International Market therefore, I could find the pasilla chile peppers. These are mild, therefore, my son could eat this chili. Also, I added Italian Seasoning (this is mandatory for all turkey recipes. My family loved this chili. It is full of flavor. I will make again in the future. I prepared rice and cornbread as its complement. Enjoy!

My daughter and I made this chili and were so pleased with the results. This is a fantastic recipe because the chili is so rich with flavor that makes you want to keep eating. Can't wait to make it again....

This is absolutely the BEST turkey chili recipe I have ever made, and I've tried a few. I did use 4 pasilla peppers and 2 jalapenos, it turned out spicy and had a lot of heat, which was what I was shooting for. It definitely had a kick! There was a lot of prep work with all the veggies, but trust me, it's worth it. I will definitely make this recipe again.

It was "GREAT!" Made it last night. I only put 1 pasilla chilie pepper in it and left out the jalapeno peppers. You would need to use a large pot. You can find the pasilla where mexican food is sold.
