Fantastic! I thought I'd had or done salmon every way possible, but this one was new. I cooked it on a cedar plank on the grill rather than in the oven, using indirect heat for about 25 min. The sauce is sweet and spicy. I used the left over sauce on chicken breasts the next day.

This is by far our favorite salmon recipe. The only changes I made was to add a few extra cloves of garlic and to make it easier on me, I cook the salmon in a baking dish at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Perfection!

This has to be our all time favorite salmon recipe. And Copper River Salmon is in season.
I have made this recipe dozens of times as written. But the last time I used a little less jam and substituted sweet Thai chili sauce from franks red hot brand name. It kicked up the spice factor a bit. We loved it.

Loved it! But if you want a little more heat, try 2-3 habanero peppers in the mix instead of the jalapenos peppers...

This has been my go to recipe when entertaining and it all gets eaten every time. Definitely put the planks on a charcoal grill. Nothing beats the taste. I have even substituted other flavored preserves and they are all great.

This is the most delicious salmon recipe that I have ever had. My family loved this. I didn't use the planks however, but it was still incredible.

I have to say I got very excited by looking at the ingredients and by the reviews I read. I was ready to be surprised by Guy who I have always considered a great 'hamburguer"guy. However, I must say the end result didn't match my expectations. It didn't wow me. Brown sugar recipes are still king for salmon. The jalapneno taste was good but not good enough.

Great taste. This is my go to for salmon. I cooked it on the grill by using indirect heat at about 375 deg. Took about 20 to 25 minutes to cook.
