I made this primarily for my husband but I loved it as much as he did. I thought it would be too tart with the lemon and mustard but it wasn't at all. Quite delicious made exactly as written. I will make this again and again.

I am making this wonderful salad for lunch today. Making it for the fourth time. It is delicious, crunchy, healthy and a great way to get your veggies. I've also served it at a party and potluck and it is a hit everytime!

I made this exactly the way the recipe said to do it and it came out marvelous! My boyfriend loved it as well. I'm making it again tonight.

this one is tasty and healthy.
the comment I want to make is about foodnetwork programs. Is there any need in this unbelievably obesity prone nation to promote all this fattening food??? I used to enjoy almost every of your program about 2 yrs ago, not any more... so many shows are just not even worth to waist time. what happened to Emerils, Michael Toriellos and other shows?? they may not always were perfectly healthy, but for sure better than this nonsence thats on at this moment when people r trying to make 6 feet donut!!! if it continuous this way, soon its going to be one of the channels, which will never be watched any more by many people....
if somebody can help me to find better way to communicate w whoever is able to change something, please, let me know.

I left out the celery leaves and capers and loved it. It was very tasty. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is the recipe didn't say to serve hot or cold so I went with warm and it's much better cold. And all 3 kids made faces while being forced to eat it.
