Unbelievable texture and flavour. The whipped cream was simply toe-curling. And super fast to put together, especially using an immersion blender for the whip....which is a bonus when you are entertaining. My guests raved about this dish. I served them in large martini glasses and they were SO elegant. I suggest that you start easy with the sugar in the whip--it can really vary according to taste! I read a lot of reviews where people thought it was not sweet enough--I cut the sugar almost in half and it was perfect for our taste. But then again, I do not care for overly sweet desserts. But that is the beauty of this dessert...it is easy to modify according to your taste. I would make this again in a heartbeat!

This was a great, simple dessert to make. However, I used 4 peaches and added a bit more brown sugar and vanilla to the peaches. Next time, I'll either use riper peaches or add a bit more sugar. Other than that, GREAT, fresh, simple, summer dessert. The whipped cream is EXCELLENT.

With Ginormous farmer's market peaches, this dessert was sublime. In fact, I don't even bother witrh supermarket peaches anymore. Always a disappointment. This dessert comes together quickly so it is great to entertain with and the toasted pecans add such a delightful flavor and crunch. Simple food at it's finest! :

I've made this several times this year during peach season. For a variation I've used peach brandy instead of bourbon and for a truly decadent topping used praline pecans. This is a wonderfully light end for a summer meal.

This was so easy to prepare, yet tasted as if a chef at some 5 star resort prepared it! The textures & flavors combine for an impressive dish to serve at any event! Enjoy!

Made this for my family (including my highly critical Aunt and Dad and everyone raved! It was simple, easy, and delicious!! Used Champagne Cognac and loved the warmth it infused...I even added some to the peaches! I might add some more sugar to the peaches next time since the peaches were a little unripened....over all, I will always make this whenever I see peaches at the market!! PHENOMENAL!!
