This was an easy recipe to follow, and very tasty. I used cod instead of striped bass, and it turned out wonderful. This recipe is a keeper...Thanks Jay!

This dish was quick and easy. I used Tilapia instead. Next time, I will try baking the fish instead because things got a little messy in the pan.

Excellent...my hubby gave it an 11 on a 1-10 scale! May try to bake fish next time as it seemed fairly greasy pan frying it. I didn't think the cayenne pepper was too spicy, it gave it just enough to kick up the flavor. I used half instant potato and half panko crumbs. It was crunchy and perfect! Can't wait to make this one again!

This recipe took no time at all and the mango salsa was excellent with the fish. I didn't have instant potato so I used panko instead and I baked it in the oven instead of frying. I used cod because thats what I had on hand. I added a touch of white wine vinegar to the salsa because I only had one small lime and I thought it needed a little more acid to cut the sweetness of the mango. It turned out great, looked gorgeous and most importantly, it was FAST AND EASY!!

Very easy and tasted great!! The crust was so good! Had to omit the cayenne pepper for my seven year old and for a picky eater, he said that this was very tasty! My husband, who's not really a fish lover said this recipe was a keeper! Awesome!

Totally recommend this recipe! It is easy and yummy! The pre-made potatoes make this fish crunchy and delicious! You could also use it to make fish tacos with a chipotle sauce.

This dish was so quick and easy and the flavor was amazing. I couldn't purchase striped bass so I used Tilapia which worked very nicely. The instant potatoes makes a really nice crust on the fish. I am going to try this on chicken as well. This dish is an easy win!
