Another excellent recipe from Ellie! I made the Miso-Glazed Cod and had this salad on the side as Ellie did on one of her shows. Excellent combination. I used olive oil in place of walnut oil and added a touch of dijon mustard and 1/4 tsp of sesame oil just because it seemed like a good idea. Excellent!

Very good and easy. I used snap peas instead of snow peas becoase I had some on hand. This makes for a nice side salad for a variety of meals.

I was surprised how easy this was, and how tasty the walnut oil is in this. Well worth the expense of buying the oil because I will make this one again.

I would never eat these ingredients on their own, but they are delicious combined like this! I use Splenda instead of sugar.

I needed to take a side dish to a friends house and wanted to use what was in the refrigerator... I didn't have radishes but had tomatoes - it was GREAT. Will make again and again... Everyone liked it.

Without this recipe I would hardly ever eat snow peas or radishes. The flavors are very unique. I love the Asian influence. Makes a great side dish to Asian inspired pork.

Couldn't find walnut oil, so substituted peanut oil. Splash of low sodium tamari sauce added the extra flavor needed. Great dressing to get creative with and add your own favorite vegetables for a crisp, lettuce-less salad (jicama, cucumber, red pepper, etc would also be great

We loved this salad but we did add a little somethin to the dressing. I made the dressing with the walnut oil and rice wine vinegar, but also added tamari, which made it with the good zing it needed. I would try!

We did not like this salad. It was too much of a tart "bite" and not a good overall flavor.

I served this salad last night with a complete oriental dinner. It was great - light, zesty and super crunchy. I've been looking for a great salad to accompany oriental style meals and this one is a true keeper. I've enjoyed all of Ellie's recipes I've tries. Keep them coming.
