This was a good recipe, but I kept in mind what others said about the consistency and lack of flavor. Yes, the recipe says 8oz tomatoes, not the regular 14oz can, so don't be confused. To kick up the flavor, I added a taco seasoning packet to the meat mixture. The resulting flavor was really tasty.

I made this dish twice and all the flavors are great! The only problem is that the cornbread is never done in the middle!

This dish is really, really good and easy to make. Yes, it needs a little something,... SALT in the meat mixture, does the trick.

This is the first recipe of Ingrid's that I have made. It was great! The only changes I made was to serve the cilantro as a garnish (some members of my family do not like cilantro and to use a mexican cornbread mix instead of regular. It really was delicious! The perfect accompaniment was a simple salad with avacado dressing.

I can't understand what anybody is complaining about! I made this dish for some friends for lunch and everybody loved it, 3 of the 4 took third helpings. That says alot! And for those of you ragging on her because she shows a little cleavage - get a life. So what if she's an attractive woman and well endowed, you all should be so lucky! Happy cooking!

This is a great recipe for busy moms every where. It was so easy and quick to make and even with the pieces of green pepper, tomato and onions my children loved it.
