I have to say I was a little skeptical that these would be as good as the fried stuffed rellenos you get in the restaurants but they we absolutely delicious! They were very easy to make and definitely healthier than the fried version. I did have a little trouble finding the peppers but after three different stores I found them and they were worth the trouble. We will definitely have them again.

oh my goodness it was good!!! some of the best rice i've ever put into my mouth! my husband agrees. the only changes i made were to leave out the whites of the green onions and instead use more green, and instead of putting evoo into the processor, i just cooked the rice with butter...insanely good rice!!! i have to say though, that i absolutely cannot believe i just read a fairly racist review on here! get over yourself! its called creativity, every recipe doesn't have to be the way its "supposed" to be made, you really missed out on some awesome rice!

Well, this looked good on TV, but it was
no 30 minute meal. My husband liked it but we both thought it was too hot and the
rice was bland. If I make this again, I will use less jalapeno and get my prep work done in advance.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE CHILE PART OF THIS RECIPE, BUT THE RICE LEFT ME COLD. I'M A BIT OF A CHILE HEAD, AND IT'S SERIOUSLY LACKING ANY HEAT. MAYBE ADDING SOME CHOPPED, GRILLED JALAPENOS WOULD DO THE TRICK? (I DID DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF JALAPENOS IN THE CHILE PART OF THIS DISH I WOULD DEFINITELY MAKE IT AGAIN!

The pablano was so hot that it took away from the rest of the flavors making them bland. The time frame was totally off. Very disappointing.

I thought this recipe was FANTASTIC! It was full of flavor even though I left out the jalapeno. My husband loves Chili Relleno's and I've never made them before tonight. The green rice was awesome. I will make rice this way with other dishes too. This recipe will be a staple in my house!

    Thanks much!

Chiles rellenos is a very traditional food that people should not be altering but most defenitively the rice is a basquet case . Rice should always be puffy not mushy. Maybe just Maybe Rachel stick to your own recipies do not mess around with the Mexican RECIPIES

I love Chili Relleno and this recipe is an easy version of it! All the ingredients are simple to get in my area and simple to prepare. Even for someone who cannot cook. Keep up the great work Rachael! Love love your show..been a fan for over two years!
