Fantastic! Much Mahalo's. My husband's friends mother made something like this for us 25+ years ago, I've tried to duplicate it, but although it was good, it wasn't like hers. Your recipe is the closest its come. We loved the soup base flavor, and we all love seafood. Thanks again Paula! You are "the bomb"! :

Really good and incredibly easy -- just like a good restaurant bouillabaisse. I added some fennel and skipped the clam juice, didn't put in crab but added some little neck clams -- that's how I made it and I thought it was great. I packed up the leftovers in a quart take out container along with a big piece of French bread and took it to my girlfriend at work and she loved it, much better than sending flowers! Thank you, Paula.

I added a little heat with different spices, but the bouillabaisse was absolutly great. Thanks for sharing.

VERY tasty! I made it with BOTH the Roma's cut up and a can of diced seasoned tomatoes. Also I had frozen fish in the freezer that had been in too long so I cooked it also and chopped the filets in big chunks to include. Personally, it was spicy enough for me without adding anything else. Thanks Paula for this recipe. A winner!

I must say that i LOVE this dish! I had to modify it a bit to make it a bit spicy for my fam. members. I added some Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce along with the onion, garlic and other ingredients. The smokiness of the chiles and the color of the adobo sauce def. enhanced the dish.

I enjoyed this very much, It was easy to prepare and was easy to do out on the gas burner on the grill. Yummy. It was a great part of our camping trip! Kathryn, Mechanicville, NY

Although it took me longer to prepare and cook, it was worth it. I've always wanted to make it and it came out GREAT.

Instead of crab, I used two lobster tails cut in 3's each. and added 1/2 lb Sea Scallops, and dozen clams.

I cooked the clams with the mussells I just added a little more water to cook.

Instead of bread I cooked some Risotto Milanese with Saffron. This came in a bag and it was easy to cook. Boil cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

I've never written a rating the recipe was easy. I didn't have to worry about fish broth...

Thank You from me and my husband.
