I served this for a holiday mother/daughter dinner. The girls are 11 YO so I wanted to serve something fancy using martini glasses. This was delicious and perfect for a pre dinner salad. I used a lettuce leaf in each glass like the picture, used canned crab and did the seasoning around the rim. Although the seasoning isn't a must have, I would do it again. I didn's use a full 2 lb of crab. I used 3 small cans and added in the mayo mixture until the mixture seemed right.

I made this for my sister-in-laws and they loved it. It was so easy to make and so delicious and fun to serve in a martini glass. I served the leftovers on crackers and French bread slices as an appetizer the next day. Definitely a 5 star dish.

I made this as an appetizer for a Pirate themed murder mystery dinner party and it was a huge hit! It has a fantastic, fresh flavor. It does make a lot more than 8 servings - more like 12. I did not add the Old Bay to the edge of the glass and didn't miss it at all. I will definitely make this again.

I have served this many times, always to guests who wanted seconds. Makes a very attractive dish before the main entree and I have served in various glasses or baked puff pastry puffs at room temperature. If you like crab, this is for you!
