This recipe is totally delicious. My only critique is that it is hard to cook the salmon and the sauce in sync with each other, so that the temperature matches up. Regardless, it is light and refreshing - totally delicious!

This recipe could have been tasty, but I thought it was very bitter.

Light and refreshing. If it seems bland add more salt and c pepper. I grilled the fish and turned out great.

I questioned using grapefruit in the dish but after reading the reviews I tried it. My thanks to all the reviewers.

What a delightful, tasty recipe. I did reduce the time to 10 minutes and the temperature to 300, to cook the salmon which leaves the fish very moist.

As someone who loves salmon but rarely gets to eat it due to their partner's distaste for it, I love this dish. I new it was a winner when David, who hates fish like he hates sewage, looked up after the first apprehensive bite and said "Hey! This doesn't make me want to vomit!"

This recipe was great and very easy to make. I did not roast the salmon, but pan "fried" with a few tbsns olive oil - 4 mins first side - about 2 min second. Hubby loved - will make again.
