Tried this recipe after watching ellie prepare it on TV. Couldn't be easier.....looks and tastes like you fussed all day. Served it with spaghetti squash seasoned with a little EVOO and salt/pepper. Outstanding!

Wonderful, bright, citrus flavored dish. The basil adds a nice layer of flavor. This dish was easy to prepare too. I would serve it as an easy week night meal, or as an impressive dish for company.

This is the best salmon dish I've made at home (and I've make quite a few that we have loved. It is very simple, but has the panache of a restaurant item. And so healthy - who could ask for more?

My husband I loved the salmon with the grapefruit. Very different but yummy. We will fix this again. It was very easy and I used the grapefruit that is already sectioned and and available in your fresh produce aisle. It made it that much easier! Served it with steamed spinach and some orzo...

I really enjoyed this plus it was really easy to prepare. I was surprised at just how much I enjoyed the sauce, it was very tasty and really went well with salmon. I will be making this on a regular basis.

This was my entree for a dinner party - rave reviews from my guests. You know you have a hit when the dinner table goes silent ingesting their food! I'm inexperienced with a lot of fish, but this one was easy to prepare and very delicious. Next time, I will increase the grapefruit to 3 - needed just a "skosh" more sauce.
Thanks, Ellie for this fabulous recipe!
