Great sandwich and so easy to make. I skipped the arugula so I guess I went a little less gourmet but very comforting. Gonna try mushrooms with onions next time.

I enjoy Ina's style of cooking every week, but when I saw the new episode featuring the preparation of this dish iIt really spoke to me. I'm a big steak fan and this recipe is easy but satisfying. Simple prep and loads of flavor with the dressing and the caramelized onions. A great meal for two ? highly recommend!

Definitely will add to my collection. Ina is the greatest! I sauteed mushrooms and substituted toasted Kaiser rolls for our dinner. It was fantastic. Thanks!
