I think it taste really nice and if you add half a cup of vodka it comes out even better.

I liked this recipe, I would use superfine sugar so that it dissolves a bit quicker, but for the summertime, this was very nice.

This drink is fine, though not great. Do you think most of the reviews were by one person who didn't like it?

THIS IS SIMPLY DISCUSTING. I WOULD RATHER WATCH JAG FROM THE NEXT FOOD NETWORK STAR COOK LATINO FOOD, AS INGRID DOESN'T DO THAT. WHAT SHE DOES DO IS AWEFUL, TERRIBLE

I love ginger & lime so I thought that maybe I would like something this idiotic woman has presented. No such luck. Ginger ale + a dash of lime juice is better than this. Why is this woman still on the air & why has FN ordered more episodes with this insulting woman? I hope that in the new episodes she at least buttons her blouse up & stops snapping her fingers at the viewer. I try to watch her every week but she insults me so quickly that I change the channel & later check out her recipes. So far, nothing she has put together impresses me in the least. There must be hundreds, thousands of better latina/latino cooks or chefs out there who have the combination of a pleasant personality & considerably better cooking skills.

I love the flavor of ginger and I love the flavor of lime but this is just crap! Save your money and make one of Sandra Lee's cocktails!

This is a nice tart, refreshing drink for a summer day. I chopped my ginger finely and there were no "strings".
