This is a wonderful, healthy pizza recipe! Very light for an afternoon lunch and simply delicious! I too added some sliced baby bellas, spinach instead of arugula, and aged balsamic to the recipe and it is fabulous! Highly recommend!

What a wonderful and healthy twist on pizza! I didn't have arugula so I used baby spinach, added some minced garlic. After I baked it, I added sliced grape tomatoes and chopped parsley. Topped with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, this was truly an amazing dish!

Yum! I used spinach instead of arugula, added one egg white towards the end of caramelizing the onions, and some sun dried tomatoes before I put it in the oven. Great breakfast!

YUM YUM YUM! The best pizza ever! and it makes you feel good about eating healthy! I played around with this recipe some nights i added some thin sliced streak on the top of it, and instead of using arugula i used baby spinach! Great recipe and its definitely a follow up in my house! Thanks Ellie!

This is a truly extraordinary pizza. The combination of flavors is intriguing. One of the first of Ellie's recipes that I ever tried, and I've been hooked on her show ever since. It's also so simple and easy to make, and it comes out great every time. I highly recommend this recipe.

This recipe was rather tasteless, in my opinion. I even added some balsamic vinegar and mushrooms, but still blah. I think I might try it again, but use mozzerella and less arugula.

This was awesome.. It tastes like it's so much worse for you than it is.... the flavors are great together. I included sliced portabello mushrooms in the onion mix, and also used a combination of goat cheese and gorgonzola. The middle of the pizza does get a little soggy, but I ate it more like a taco because the outside edges were very crispy. Only baked it 8 minutes from the other reviews. This was soo delicious, tasted like something from a nice restaurant.

I love Ellie's recipes. I used feta instead of goat cheese, and I added red pepper flakes and balsamic vinegar. It is soo delicious, and healthy too :

I crave this every day! Super good!! I cannot eat gluten so I make with Brown Rice Tortillas. The crust gets very crispy. I sometimes add hommemade pesto. YUM!
