I made this for dinner tonight and it was soo yummy. I didn't even have argula, so I used some mushrooms instead. The pizza was nice and crisp, the onions were a tad sweet and the goat cheese melted in my mouth. My husband loved it, despite the groan he made when he saw it (its "too healthy looking". Try this and you will love it too. You could change it up a million ways, but I'd recommend keeping the goat cheese! Thanks Ellie. You Rock!
