This is an awesome answer to portion control of a pecan pie. Still a heavy food but more calorie friendly in this size serving. I have looked for a great recipe like this for years - thanx Tyler!

When making the sauce, only use 1 cup of water & it's already double-strength. Don't understand the extra step. Try this recipe!

The best part of this recipe was the Earl Grey caramel sauce! I made the crust gluten free and no one even noticed it was so delicious and flaky! I will make this again and again!

These Pecan Pies were great. They were easy to make. They were the perfect size portions and they were not to sweet. My whole family loved them and so did my co-workers. I even gave the recipe to my girl friend. GREAT!!
