This was such a refreshing, light desert. Is was also very easy to make; just a little time consuming to keep scraping, but well worth the effort. Thanks for sharing. We love your recipes.

I have made this recipe many times and it is always a winner, it is a wonderful dessert, snack, or pallet cleanser. I like to make it with lemon but you could do it with any fruit. I ALWAYS get complements when i make it, it is a wonderful recipe that everyone should try. Thank you Ingrid.

I tried the recipe for Orange Granitas that Ingrid Hoffman prepared on the Food Network. My family and I absolutely loved them. I made them with Amaretto Rum instead of Orange Liqueur as a bit of a twist. They were soooo good! I love Orange Granitas and I love Ingrid. Thanks!

I think these might be OK if there was less Cointreau, they were too sweet for me.

I used grapefruit instead...I had them on hand - fantastic! I took them to a dinner party and they were the hit! I can't wait to try it with oranges.

Reviewers, please review recipes on their respective pages. This was delicious and refreshing. It took time, but was well worth it and made for a great presentation. Will definately make again.

less flavor than I expected. may work better on chicken tenderloins than full breasts. also needs a bit more brown sugar.
