Easy to make, no wacky ingredients...what more could you ask! My son and his friend were raving about it. I used a banana pepper instead and those that like it hotter added Tabasco.

This was a really good soup! It was easy to make, and a joy to eat! I recommend squeezing a little lime at the end.

This was a very good meal. My family loved it. I added toasted tortillas and that was the extra ump. I also made a avacado salad.

Really enjoyed making this soup. It was delicious. Did not take long and can't wait to serve it to my family. Plan to leave it for my sister who is returning home from a long trip.

I loved this soup! It was easy and so much flavor. I might never make regular chicken soup again. I added more heat because I like it hot but other than that, the recipe is perfect the way it is.

I loved this recipe, it was very flavorful. I added corn to the soup and paprika to the chicken before roasting for more spice flavor. I have a 2 month old and making a quick, healthy dinner is always a challenge. This would've been even faster if I had some leftover roast chicken.

This has a wonderful flavor combination. We will make this recipe again. I served the soup with Ina's Cheddar Cornbread.

My husband enjoyed this soup a little more than I did although we both liked it a lot. I made a half batch since there are just the two of us and a one year old. I was out of coriander and so I added some chipotle seasoning. I also added some frozen corn and I used a rotisserie chicken since I was running short on time. Definitely a keeper and it took no time to make. I served it with the Jalepeno cheddar cornbread. I still think I prefer Rachael's Why the chicken crossed the road chicken tortilla soup though.

Very good soup, would be a great way to use up left over chicken or turkey. Roasting the chicken took the time. I can see adding some frozen corn to kick up the corn taste of the tortillias

When you need a fix of good Mexican food - this really hits the spots! Made it exactly as recipe suggested and it was a huge hit! Very easy and unbelievably tasty good! Can't wait to try the leftovers tomorrow!
