Rosemary salt makes this dish awesome, the tapanade aioli is great but next time I will make a straight-up tapanade (no mayo. I believe the confusion of the tapanade recipe on the "Boy Meets Grill" episode is that BF revisited this recipe for "Grill It!" and made the aioli instead -- this recipe is in the "Grill It!" cookbook.

I haven't tried this yet but I notice ALOT that the recipes are different on the show as they are printed on line, which is NOT the Chef's fault but it is super frustrating. I am just going to try it the way they did it on the show and taste it and add the rest of the ingredients that was not on the show if I feel like it after tasting. Luckily I have the rest of those ingredients in my fridge. None-the-less super frustrating!!

I have a question! Can the salt with rosemary be stored, or do you need to use it at one time????

I purchased double cut frenched lamb chops and made this for my boyfriend's very special birthday. He simply stated "These are the best lamb chops I've ever had," and gave me a big kiss. The extra olive tapanade aioli is a wonderful condiment for steak sandwiches on ciabbata with arugula, as well. Thanks Bobby for such a great recipie!

It may not be what Bobby did on air, but it's a great recipe nonetheless. The tapenade mayo is a great topping for the lamb chops.

This wasn't the recipe from the show. They made a black olive vinegrette with olives, red wine vinegar, olive oil, honey and cayenne.
