I tried this receipe with excellent results. My family has asked for them again and again. It seems all they want now is the "Clacky Ribs" The dippinig sauce was good too. Some use bar-b-que sauce, but all love the ribs. Thanks Sunny.

I made these ribs and they were way too salty, unfortunately I was serving them for a party, they sounded so simple and I thought what could go wrong? We ended up throwing them out and ordering a pizza!!

It wasn't at all salty, if you remember you must always wash your meat before your start anything. Then when done brineing, make sure you wash it well in cold water. Then proceed with her recipe. Not too salty at all. We loved it and I am saving half to serve for my Son In Law when they come over. Super Sauce Sunny, thanks very, very much. Beverly Jane

The ribs smelt so good while they were cooking. When I went to taste them, they were WAY too salty. I couldn't even eat them. I had to go out for dinner. I was really disappointed.

First off - easy mistake to make...but the recipe calls for Kosher salt, which isn't nearly as "salty" as table salt. I'm guessing that might have been the issue with the first review. If that was indeed the issue, you should try these again. I love ribs but have bbq sauce issues - just can't fall in love with thick, ketchup-based sauces. I have had a hard time finding a good vinegar-based sauce I like, but this is it! Thanks, Sunny!

I only brined them for 4 hours and they were so salty. Won't make again.
