I am always impressed with Sandra Lee's recipe for, "Ambrosia Cake". She performs mini-miracles every time she submits delicious variations upon a store bought cake! My Mom is gone now, but her favorite cake was "Angel Food'. This cake would have had her making portions for my Son. He truly loved Her cooking. When the Family arrived at His house, They brought menu items to share. He had called Them in advance, and They were all planning to make it a true Family Event! I sincerely hope you Folks can come together for Thanksgiving this year, and take several Food Network Recipes to make the meal a true celebration! Enjoy!!! :-

This was so good and easy!! I cut up the peaches and put them in the layers. I plan to have it often. I put some of the juice over it to make it moist. The yogurt and cool whip is great over fresh fruit!!

Excellent! I omitted the peaches and didn't use the yogurt, instead just plain non fat cool whip. It was very good. Light, fresh and healthy! Perfection! I feel like I cheated on my diet!

guys come on...use them if you want depending on your tastes and need...use it with or without the pineapple, with or without the peaches, both or just one...either way is excellent and leaves you feeling like you are cheating on a diet!
