Tried this tonight when I got home. It was so quick and I got PLENTY of the cayenne flavor. I will keep using this recipe. All I can say is, AWESOME!!!

End result was too sweet for my family's taste; couldn't taste any heat from the cayenne and it never got crisp. Returned it to the oven for another 10 minutes and it still didn't get very crisp. Could have been because we didn't have a wire rack insert for our cookie sheet and used a rack made for the bbq grill instead. Nevertheless, it was too sweet for us.

My daughter and I made this recipe this morning. OMG it was so good!!!! She's still talking about it. Next time i will use just a little less of the cayenne pepper.

Love, Love, L.O.V.E. this recipe....Bit into the brown sugar and then BOOM! a
kick with the cayenne pepper. I will definitely try more recipes from them because I love the way they interact in the kitchen.

I'm home recovering from surgery so I'm glued to the TV. I surprised my husband with breakfast after his 3rd shift job. With grits 'n' eggs of course. OMG! OMG! OMG!! Gina you've done it this time. Super good, just speechless. I hope my doctor's not reading this coz I tasted some. LOL! Thumbs up. I love you guys!

Thanks Gina. My family won't eat bacon anyother way from now on. This badon is tasty and cripy. Once a week we have breakfast for dinner but the family instead whatever I fix they must have sugar bacon. Thank you for all your good receipes and ideas. Love your show.

i made this bacon recipe to crumble on top of my baked beans. i put brown sugar and cayenne in my beans already so it just made all the flavors come together. it was like having a layer of candied bacon on top of my spicy beans. it was so awesome. my daughter almost fell over in a dramatic display of approval after she tried a bite.

This is awesome. We twisted the bacon before cooking it and it looked like a pig's tail. My family loved it.

I love this bacon! I don't really enjoy a lot of spicy foods, so the next time I make it I will cut back on the cayenne pepper, but other than that, it was perfect!
