Oh my! My aunt made this recipe ahead of time, baked it in the oven, wrapped it in foil and then just heated it through on the grill for a UCONN Huskies tailgate. I have to say, this is to die for! What a treat! Clearly not diet delight but definitely a treat! Well done!

This was awesome!! So easy and delicious. I did have to bake it longer than the recipe said.

I made this bacon for my babe to take to work for some of his co-workers. Oh My!! what rave reviews this bacon received. I purchased premium thick cut bacon for the recipe which helped maintain the shape and quality of the bacon. I don't eat pork, so I couldn't taste it for myself, but it smelled delicious. I will have to try it with turkey bacon at some point. Way to go with this one. I love you guys and enjoy watching your chemisty when cooking together.

So good but sweet as candy. You do need to boost the heat as previously suggested. I made mine in a toaster oven 'cause it was just for one and I do prefer my bacon crispy so I could've turned it up to 400 degrees for more than the last 5 mins.

We loved this bacon so much. It had the right combonation of sweet and spicy. We was a great addition to the sunny side up eggs and grits that we had.

Oh my, this is the most amazing bacon I've ever eaten. Wait. Make that, one of the most amazing things I've ever eaten-period. Made exactly as the recipe indicated, and while it wasn't a crispy bacon, it came out with just the right amount of firmness, not flimsy at all. We had just a small amount left, so my husband made a BLT out of it and said it was the best BLT he'd ever eaten. Sure wish bacon was a healthy food; I'd eat this everyday!!!

I don't eat pork so I made turkey bacon instead. It was "to die for." I am not a bacon person, but I will be eating it now. It was wonderful. Thank you Neely's and I LOVE your show.

I don't eat regular bacon, so I made this with turkey bacon and it was absolutely wonderful. The cook time is just a little bit shorter with turkey bacon. My boyfriend raved about the bacon. Great addition to my recipe box!

OOH WEE! When I took a bite of this bacon I swear it melted in my mouth. I used maple flavored bacon so the sweet and spice was just right. Too bad bacon is not good for you because I would eat this more.
