    I usually don't care for this type of steak, however this recipe was awesome! It came out very tender and the butter was a great addtion. I cut the butter recipe in half and there was still a lot left over for two people. I put a spicy peanut oil on the steak instead of a regular olive oil. My husband ate two helpings. Definately a keeper!

    I have been making the Pesto Butter since I saw it on Aaron's show back in 2009 & I never thanked him, I have used it for so much besides steak, which is outstanding, I use it on bread, chicken, & pasta. I also usually use macadamia nuts instead of pistachios, just my preference. I've just made another batch today & it will be gone in no time:-

    This was a delicious recipe. I made it for guests that we had over for dinner, and the Pistachio Pesto Butter was a big hit. It took the steak from everyday to restaurant style. Thanks, Big Daddy, for putting passion into what you do! :

    Excellent - for a more robust flavor - toast the pistachio nuts prior to placing them in the food processor! Also, brown the butter let it cool and add that. OOOOOOOHHHHHHHH! My!

    That is all I could say while I ate this. When a dish makes me hum while i eat it, oh baby that is good. I love this butter. I have made several times now and use it on pasta and chicken and bread. I am going to try it on pizza only I will use less butter and more oil for that. Aaron you're the big daddy. I love it and can't wait to make some of your other recipes.

    It was my first time having pesto and I loved this compound butter recipe. I made the steak too and it went together great. I plan on trying the butter on other dishes, but will definitely make the steak again.

    My husband and I put out a bread and butter platter every year before our Thanksgiving dinner and after we saw this episode thought that we needed to try this pesto butter to see if it was good enough to serve to our family. We tried it out and LOVED it! And not only is this a good recipe, I also learned a good tip about making compound butter and forming it into a log. Well done!

    What an incredible recipe! The pistachhio butter was incredible and complimented the steak perfectly!So easy & I love watching this guy!
