This was absolutely amazing we couldnt find swiss chard in our grocery store so we used spinach. It work pretty good. We will definately make this again.

I used this recipe and tweaked it abit with what I had in the cupboard. I had some leftover roast chicken that I chopped up instead of minced chicken and had no corn or swiss chard so used extra white beans and the leaves of bok choy. I also chopped up an extra red chilli and added at the beginning to give it more kick and the dish was sensational. Definitely making this again as a weekly staple especially since most of the ingredients are store cupboard ingredients. A complete hit

Loved this recipe and it was so simple to make too! If you are a novice in the kitchen you could make this with ease. The flavor was wonderful and my family really enjoyed it!

After reading the reviews I almost did not make this chili but I am happy that I went ahead and used this recipe. The seasoning in this recipe is what makes it so good. I did halve the recipe since I was reluctant to make this but I used all of the seasonings listed in this recipe and I think this is what makes this recipe special. I used the fennel as stated in the recipe and believe it or not it did not stand out, it just blended into the chili. I used shredded chicken instead of ground chicken because I didn't have ground chicken in the house but other than that I followed the recipe and this is a nice change from beef chili. I did use Trader Joe's frozen cut white corn and I think that made a difference as well. If you have white chicken chili recipes that you love, you might want to stick to them BUT I will say this was a very flavorful chili and I enjoyed it.

there's lots of better chili recipes out there. Taste like something you would get served in a hospital. My wife is a great cook and if you want your husband to be really disappointed, tell him your making chili and serve him this.

I made this last night after watching the show yesterday afternoon. It was very easy to make and very flavorful. I left out the fennell and the hot pepper flakes. My fussy 4 year old ate his whole bowl of chili!! He loved the beans and picked them out to eat!! Wow!! I will be making this again. I have leftovers so thinking of making a casserole with it by using cream of mushroom soup and cheese!! Thanks for the delicious recipe!!

Nice and quick to make. Followed the recipe, but left the fennel out since I don't like that flavor. Serve with some chips! Wonder if it freezes....

Used fresh chopped fennel instead of dried, and fresh raw corn instead of frozen- made it a little more flavorful. Also used gluten-free flower to compensate for a friends' allergy and it ended up super creamy and thick, not sure if this is a direct correlation. Also added 3 chopped tomatillos and had fresh collard greens rather than swiss chard- everything ended up being delicious and dad went back for 3rds (great sign. Overall, definitely adding to the go-to dinner list!
