I brushed all of the sauce onto the skewers while grilling them instead of separating half as recipe calls for dipping. I suggest you make two batches for the sauce if you want the dipping, plus I added onion and used real pineapple instead of the can one; just get some of it and blender it to get the juice, that really made the skewers tastier!

Uhm, the sauce was way too vinegary/sour. However, it has potential. I will reduce the vinegar next time by at least half, maybe more. However, the rest of the recipe is written well, with cooking times, etc right on. Needs more sweet and less sour! Will try again though!

We've made these quite a few times. They are so yummy, and they're something that even my picky kids love.

This is fantastic! I didn't have enough red pepper so I cut up a jalapeno (removed seeds and placenta, of course and WOW! Gave it a great kick! So delicious! I will make this many more times!

I first tried this recipe in July and my husband and I loved it. This coming weekend we are having friends over for dinner in which I will serve this. You can't go wrong with this recipe. Keep up the great work Sandra! You're my all-time favorite chef.
