    Yum! My daughter decided she wanted chicken nuggets, and these were perfect! I added 1 tablespoon of kosher salt to the breadcrumb mixture and a sprinkle of salt in the flour, and left out the white and cayenne peppers. I used 6 chicken breasts and three cups of the breadcrumbs, and I had A LOT of breadcrumb mixture left...next time I will cut it by 1/3.

    Taste good!! Super easy! Just add buttermilk day after and follow the recipe and ta-da....
