This is our favorite way to eat asparagus. Even my son who claimed he didn't like asparagus says he likes it this way. Perfect. Love It.

LOVED IT; SIMPLE AND TASTY. And Margaret, like most emails all you have to do is OPT OUT; there's no need for distasteful comments. I LOVE Melissa; she's a Mom who's found how to make tasty meals with few ingredients in a short time frame; as a working mom, student and wife; she's a winner in my book!

Very easy and tasty. With so many fresh asparagus I was needing different ways to prepare these and this was a great change. Thank you Melissa for your easy to follow and prepare directions for a different change of foods that are in our kitchens. It's so nice to watch someone who isn't trying to be a stand up comedy act while cooking.

Why is FOODNET WORK sending me this woman's recipes ON MY EMAIL? I will never watch this amateur and she needs to be taken off MY PRIMETIME. I do enjjoy all the new chefs like The Neeleys, BIg Daddy and WHAT HAPPENED TO MEXICAN MADE EASY THAT THIS MELISSIA HAS TAKEN OVER.

My husband and I love asparagus and this vinaigrette really kicked up the flavor. I worried it would be too lemony, but it was perfect with the simple roasted asparagus. We absolutely loved it and will definitely make it again!!
