I already roasted my asparagus but adding this lemon vinagrette made it even better! Loved it! Can't wait every week to see what Melissa is making. Love the wonderful tips!!

I love this new show! Melissa does a fantastic job educating the listener. I learned so much in one show! I truly appreciated all of her cost saving hints - I would watch the show just for that, but it's so much more. Love, Love, Love the Roasted Asparagus!

My husband and I have never cared for asparagus until we tried this recipe. Delicious!! Followed recipe exactly and it has turned out perfectly every time. Thanks Melissa.

My daughter does not like asparagus but loved this. GREAT vinaigrette. I am going to use this more with other veg's.!! Another A++++ recipe Melissa!

I actually made this with large brocolli spears instead since I had those on-hand. The flavor of the vinaigrette was very refreshing. The veggies roasted up very nice in the oven.

This recipe was easy to make and delicious. I made the pork as well and the pair was perfect!

Only had asparagus once and it was horrible. Decided to try this because Melissa said that it would taste great for those of us who didn't think they cared for it.

She was right. This is the only way I'm having it from mow on.
